"I would HIGHLY recommend Red Mountain AC to anyone and everyone!! The unthinkable happened to us. On the first 111+ degree day of the Summer, on a Saturday afternoon, our main AC unit suddenly gave out. With little kids and pets in the house, I wanted to get the issue addressed right away. Upon calling Red Mountain AC, Tim answered the call; very friendly, polite, professional and considerate. He assured me that they would be out later that same day to get things looked at. Only a few short hours later, on a holiday weekend no less, JD showed up. JD quickly identified the issue and provided a number of reasonable options. We decided to put in a new unit in place of the one that had broken (rather than try and fix it). To my ongoing surprise and delight, JD committed to coming the very next day, Sunday, to install the new unit for us. As promised, JD was on time and got right to work. Within a few hours we were completely back up and running!! All said, Red Mountain saved us from a tight jam, producing a near miraculous outcome, with terrific communication and honesty and all in LESS than 24 hours!! These guys should be given an award for their excellence. If you're someone searching around for an AC provider and come across my review, take my advice, stop the search, call Red Mountain AC now, ask for JD (the best in the biz to me!) and you won't regret it. "For almost two weeks I have been contacting various air conditioning service companies in the Scottsdale, AZ area and Red Mountain Air Conditioning turned out to be the clear winner. Tim's attention was quick, very instructive, and without pressure to sell extras that I did not need. I spoke to him on a Thursday afternoon and by noon the next day he had my new TRANE air conditioning unit perfectly installed for a fairly reasonable price. "Our AC unit, which was older than years went out unexpectedly. I called Red Mountain and they promptly sent out Tim to evaluate our situation. Tim indicated that indeed the AC unit needed repair bit it would be most cost effective to replace the unit. So, Tim determined what our AC requirements were and provided us, while at our home, with a quote on a new system. We agreed and the new unit was promptly installed 3 days later. "After a "to be determined" post with regard to an Issue with a new unit that was leaking from excess pipe condensation, i am here to say- Red Mountain AC has come thru for me. After a drywall issue that caused damage in a new bathroom, service personnel having to make an emergency visit and additional contractors to resolve the issue- Red Mountain never swayed in taking responsibility and offering any assistance in locating servicemen and/or in the end, covering all costs associated with the repair.
