"Rescue Air performed a maintenance cleaning and evaluation of our system. Randy did an excellent job for us. He was running late the day he came, but he stayed late to complete a thorough cleaning of our system. He provided a concise and meaningful evaluation and made some recommendations in a clear manner. He explained their service contract options, but was not pushy in any way. He returned the next week to complete the repairs. Randy was clean, polite and made sure we were satisfied with the work and had all our questions answered. This is our first experience with Rescue Air, but found them so far to be reliable and good to work with."

"It was time to replace my 27-year-old AC unit with a new heat pump. Caleb came out, looked everything over, and gave me an estimate. He was here on a Tuesday and on Friday morning the heat pump was scheduled for an install between 8:00 am 10:00 am. At 7:30 am, Tuan and Chris were sitting outside my house ready to do the install. AJ showed up a little bit later to do his part of the install. They did run into some issues but after a few phone calls the supplies were delivered by other Rescue One employees. The install was completed within 5 hours. When they left, the area they were in was left clean. A few minutes later, another team that were not Rescue One employees, arrived and removed the items that were replaced. Even these workers, introduced themselves and were professional. Every employee was a very hard-working professional that actually cared about the customer and answered any questions I had. More so, every one of them said if there are any problems, give a call and someone will be out to resolve your issues. Thank you Rescue One for making this install nice and easy. It is always great to see that some companies do care about the customer and provide outstanding service."

"I have been a customer for over 6yrs and have been so happy with the service I have received. Most recently I renewed my contract and that's when I met Matthew Zolnierczyk. He has been coming out to service my a/c unit and I just love him. He is honest, genuine, polite and overall a great guy! Never pushy and always tells me everything he did and how my unit looks. And he and I are both Polish so we have a lot in common! Please don't ever lose him because he is the best!!! "Our blower motor went bad (on a unit that was less than 2 years old, go figure!) so we called Rescue One and they came out pretty quickly. Since it’s still a new unit, they were able to work with the manufacturer to help us get the parts covered under the warranty. Randy came out on a Friday to diagnose the issue, and then he was back the following Tuesday to install the new blower motor! I was amazed at how quick the turnaround was. Randy was stellar - very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful! He went the extra mile for us and even cleaned out our furnace because there was a bunch of insulation and debris in there somehow. We signed up for Rescue One’s maintenance program as well, which speaks volumes of the quality of service we received from Randy and Rescue One :)"
