"Received an estimate April 2023 for a Park Model bathroom remodel. Agreed it would be completed by Oct 1, 2023. The remodel did not go as planned. The drawer we asked for didn't happen. The sink is not what we asked for. The shower door was installed wrong. There are several other things that were done wrong. The owner called us a few months ago, apologizing, and told us he would make it right. We have been trying to contact the owner for 6 weeks, told he will call us, but still haven't received a phone call. Need to leave the state soon and was hoping to have the bathroom completed. So very disappointed."
"We have used Smith Plumbing for our plumbing needs for several years. Yesterday we had the master bathtub removed and replaced with shower. Additionally we had the kitchen sink faucet replaced.
