"Won an auction 3 months ago and was automatically charged for the two items on my card. I still have not received the items and nobody will answer messages at their establishment. I doubt they have any tracking information to provide."

"A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT - I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I don't even really understand what just happened to us, but I do know that the overall value, even including the huge chunk of money they took, should have equaled a whole lot more than $350.00. Yeah sure, I've never dealt with an auction house before and I get it, they make sure they get their money, but they DANG sure should have made sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into. I'm surprised and dissapointed that this turned out this way and if you are reading this - go have a good old fashioned yard sale and get the money from your stuff that you deserve, and save yourself the complete HOSING that we just went through."

"Our family consigned some items to this place, David Buck stated he would charge a certain percentage and my family thought it would be the total of everything sold, he charged a percentage on each item he sold, he will rip you off and it takes forever to get the check. He also sells food during the auction and he does not have a health permit to sell, I hope he gets shut down. Do not use this company, go with auctionlandusa our depuy auction, they are better."

"all they care about is money. they'll run the bids up themselves and sell stuff stating its works that they tested it themselves but doesn't. take forever to sell because he has to piece everything out and tell a story with it then get mad when people aren't bidding on trash. dave is running this place downhill and a lot of people feel the same way just ask around."

"This gentleman picked up some things at my house. When it came time to pay up, I kept getting the excuses. First it was, "Oh we didn't put it in the first auction next one is in a month even though he said it would make it to the first auction.." Then he would say that the check is in the mail. Check never came a couple of times. Finally I put my foot quite down and he sent a check. On the receipt, it did not list the antique vase that I gave him to sell either and he did not pay me for it. I was so tired of him I never called him back about it. This guys is very dishonest and it's too bad."
