"Horrible company. They were supposed to contact me before going to get my deceased mother’s vehicle, as the bank informed them too so I could move the vehicle out from the car port and into the road, as well as getting them the keys. They denied the bank made such a notice and never contacted me prior to repo. They pulled the car out of the car port and down the driveway leaving tire marks the whole way."

"I called them for 3 days asking about my personal property that was in my car that I wanted back and on the 4th day I was told I was too late they disposed of it already. Their policy says they hang on to personal items for 30 days before disposing of it. And it was with in that time frame but my stuff got thrown out anyways. Oddly enough they had my license plate though and the boxes I had my stuff in were in the car still they were empty of course. And they didn't even actually clear out all my personal belongings out of the car, just the expensive stuff, my social security card, mail... The Parfums, clothes, shoes, my ninja blender, makeup, garage door opener,earrings. Gone and I dont know if this is a coincidence or not but during the time my car was there with my mail and social security card, etcetera. I got a call from turbo tax saying some just tried using their service to file My taxes again. They entered a new account number to try and have it directly deposited into an unknown account. I had to file a police report and a report with the irs. It's insane."

"Whomever I spoke with was very rude. He spoke over me, cut me off and argued with me about what their automated system says when it clearly needs to be updated. Terrible service would give zero stars if possible."

"Owner of the company broke my tail light in the process of repoing my vehicle. He claims in wasn't him so I'll be taking him to court. Steer clear of these guys."
