"They came out this morning and fixed replaced our compressor, Ben was very helpful! Definitely recommend if you want quality customer service."
"We had Kia out last summer because our A/C was out. They were able to come out quickly and everyone else was backed up a couple of days. Now I know why! They said our compressor was seized and added a “jump start” ($500 call). This year, the A/C quit again so we called them back, they came out and said we needed a NEW jump start…another $500 (they had no record of our last call btw). We had googled the part after their first visit (it’s under $30) so we told them no thanks, asking instead for a “proper” diagnosis versus this quick fix ($500 a year makes no sense). He told me to “get someone else” as this is all they could do for us outside of a whole new compressor. They still charged me $90 for this visit. Al & Riley came out, diagnosed the issue, made the “proper” fix all for under $200. No need for the jump start. Their trip charge was cheaper too! Wish I had waited for them LAST year :/. Second opinions are a good idea and worth the wait."
"I’ve used Kia’s for my HVAC needs for a long time. Over the years, I’ve had a couple issues with my system and it always happens when it’s 110 on a Friday or Sunday afternoon. Kia’s always shows up and gets the job done, even after normal business hours. Usually it’s the owner, Kia, who comes to the rescue within about 15 minutes. This guy never stops working. It’s been several years since I’ve had an AC issue, but then my AC went out on the July 4th holiday. I called Kia’s expecting to get an answering machine, however, my phone call was immediately answered by Phuong, Kia’s daughter. They ordered the necessary part and got my house cooled down in a timely manner. My family and I appreciate you guys! If you want a local, hard-working, family-owned business that will get the job done, I highly recommend Kia’s."
"We have a AC unit that went our in our club house of our RV Park. We called Kia's Air Conditioning over the weekend and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning . They were here before 7:00 am on Monday morning . They had the old AC unit uninstalled and once the Crane came they had the new one up with in a half an hour and running . Highly recommend Kia's Air conditioning . Thanks Kia and your team for the great work ."
"This is a little long so forgive me, but I did want to warn people. We used this company last year and it was great! Diego came by and fixed our heater with no issues. This year when our AC went out we naturally called them because we were expecting amazing service, boy were we wrong. Two techs came and stated our motor fan is broken and we needed a new one, ok if it’s broken and it needs fixing fine. They installed a new one. After charging us $730 they left. That evening I noticed it was freezing in our house and the temp was set at 75 but the temperature was at 69 degrees in the house it was not shutting off. My husband checked the roof and said the wiring was a mess! We called them back the next day and let them know we had to turn the AC off manually at the breaker or we would have froze they came back and stated they would fix the issue. After an hour they came down and asked if we had an older thermostat because they didn’t understand the newer thermostat technology. This is a thermostat that was sent to us by APS to save energy. We explained we would like to keep our thermostat as is given we’d had no issues in the past. The techs said they needed to leave and go talk to their boss.. THEY NEVER CAME BACK!!! I called multiple times as did my husband. A WEEK went by and I finally got ahold of the front office. She told me they were told the job was done. My husband and I were still turning the AC on and off at the breaker! When the tech called me he informed me Kia said our thermostat(that we used all last year) isn’t compatible with our AC unit and we needed to purchase a new one from them so they could fix the issue! The boss would not call me directly and still hasn’t continuing to have the new guy who’d been there 2 days relay the msg. He assured me I needed a new thermostat because he has 40+ years of experience. Well we called another company they came out fixed the mess of a wiring job that had been done in less than 15mins and now my “non compatible” thermostat works just fine. KEEP AWAY!"
