"Called Travis and Son’s after hours for a water heater tank failure I came home to. Matt was awesome, patient, and extremely helpful! Provided me with replacement options to chose from with pros and cons and Casey was here the next day to remove old tanks and install a new one I decided on, a Rheem Marathon. "We had them come out to replace a toilet for us - they actually picked up the toilet and brought it to our house. Several weeks later, our other toilet started leaking. Came out again and after looking at the toilet and potential issues - we decided to replace it. The plumber drove into Scottsdale (we are in Rio Verde) and back to pick up a new toilet, installed it and charged the same amount as the first toilet. When I asked if we needed to pay more for the diagnostic time and drive time he said 'no, that was not your fault'. Wow! I was fully prepared to pay for diagnostic and drive time, but we were just charged the flat rate to install the toilet. Always happy to find honest businesses that know that treating the customer well has bigger payback than padding the bill. I know who our new 'go to' plumber is. And I will tell all our neighbors as well."
