"Used previously, was extremely happy. They fixed one of my AC's and replaced the other. This time out it was a call for service instead they told me my unit condenser fan cannot be replaced and I need a new unit. They then charged me 60 dollars for them to sell me on a unit.The sales person who showed up for the service call. Poked his finger at the unit and called his sales manager. Keola Llanes must not work for this company anymore, it's sad such a good company has turned out poorly. : Note, this call was made at 4:40pm. Salesman showed up almost an hour later. No attempt was made to finding a solution only tried to sell me a new unit. They had no idea the "welds" were broke. They didn't even diagnose the unit. Only going off of what I said."
