"Mission Financial is a great financial company. They will help you in securing a truck. They are there to help if you're having financial issues as well. Communication is key. I faced repair issues that were very costly. I had trouble paying my bills at home, rent and truck note. They worked with me immensely to help me get caught up and I m forever grateful for that. They understand that things do happen. Again, all they ask for is communication when things go south. Don't hide. Do not avoid them. "This company was horrible! They did not fully explain all the fees that was associated with the account. When questioned the reply was simply it is in the contract. They charged the finance fees upfront . I attempted to cancel the protection coverage for over 3 months by sending multiple request and no response. The representatives were never available, were not professional and provided horrible service. Due to the consistency of the issues the manager began managing my file and the service was the same. I would never recommend this company . It was so bad I took out another loan just to pay this one off to avoid all interactions with them. The only helpful person was the female that answered the calls in the office Arizona office"
