"I discovered a water leak just off the water meter on the main line towards my house. I contacted Rich and we exchanged a few pictures and description. One company came out and wanted to jump directly to an expensive replacement, but after the conversation I'd had with Rich, I wanted to get a quote from him. He came out the next day and inspected it and based on the location, he recommended a spot repair rather than a line replacement, which means that it was not work that he normally does. He recommended a company who knew him and they sent someone out that same afternoon and they agreed with Rich's diagnosis and performed the spot repair for 10% of the first company's quote. Rich even followed up with me to ensure I was getting my issues addressed . . . on a job that was not what his team does daily. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the honesty and professionalism and care to make sure I got water back onto my house very quickly. If you're looking for a plumber, you will not find a better choice than American Plumbing and Rooter."

"We had a leaking sink supply valve. I called Rich, based on their excellent reviews, and he said he would text later with a day and time, and he did just that. Exactly when promised, Kevin showed up and made quick work of both the valves. Kevin is professional and works quickly. I've not had plumbing work done since the government's crazy over-spending spree (higher inflation) so I don't have a current comparison, but if guessing, I'd say their pricing is fair."
