"Hired Rick to repair our refrigerator. It was a nightmare. Turned our fridge into scrap. Always late; often hours late. Didn't show at all multiple times. Always unprepared; short on supplies, equipment failures, etc. Had to come back over a dozen times, often staying until 9pm or later. Once had to borrow money from me to replace broken equipment. 100+ days later and fridge still doesn't work. Had to purchase a new one. Rick won't reimburse us for his total failure. Do not hire!"
