"Ivan was amazing. He came to give me an estimate on a new unit and told me the one I had was running great and not worth getting a new one. He explained in great detail how well the condition of the inside and outside units were. He also recommended when it was time to get a new unit about relocating it and redoing some of the duct work. He explained the only thing really that could use some work was a tune up on the outside unit as it was dirty and needed it. Said he could take care of it right away if I wanted to have that done. I agreed and before he even left the house was running even cooler. It’s nice to know there are companies still out there that are about customer service and doing what’s right for the customer, not just making a sale. Honest and reliable.
