"Do not use these people, they sub the work out to other contractors for a fee and do not stand behind the work. They are not an authorized repair centre for Fisher Paykel. Motor rotor seized on our dishwasher, contractor sent out and spent an hour, and charged $180. Misdiagnosed what was wrong, said it was working fine and left, after getting the same repair code on dishwasher we call him back and finally determined it was the seized rotor. Said he would need to get the part and would somehow get it to me so I could install. Phoned the next day to say he would get me a price and that is the last I heard from him. In the first few minutes of the service call he took the rotor out and did not know enough to check it, all you need to do is spin it. All I get from Mesa repair is they will contact to service guy and get back to me, still waiting."
