I originally made a big mistake by writing a complaint letter to the BBB, and naming the incorrect company. The company that I meant to complain about was Open Sesame Garage Door Installation & Repair. Even though Same Day Garage Door Services had not been the one to supply me with the inferior garage door and installation, I received a letter in the mail (as well as a phone call) from Jason Philo, Same Day Garage Door's Customer Happiness Officer stating that even though they had not been the ones to install the the faulty door, they would be happy to come out and look at it without charge. When Billy arrived, he was friendly, and fixed the problem without charging me. Billy explained what the problem was, and even helped me with my new garage door opener. I am so gratef8ul an impressed with their outreach and the fine work of Same Day Garage Service. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new garage door, or repair of an old one.
