He even wrote me an e-mail he is stopping services to me with no referrals 5/9/22. Sage Point Phoenix was contacted by me 5/9/22 and a letter mailed 6/1/22, no follow up from headquarters until I file a complaint with securities. I am a senior citizen with only Econ 101, so I don't know all the avenues to find assistance or where to complain. Billie C. Cook is not professional, he will be unable to financially help you."
