When the tech from Parker and Sons arrived he within minutes told me he needed a camera person to look into my drain and they couldn’t come out until Sunday. "From the initial estimate there were no gimmicks. An actual plumber, Jason not a salesperson, came to address our concern not give us a sale pitch. He was genuinely professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. The estimate was shockingly reasonable and only included what we we discussed. I wasn’t harassed by their sales team following the estimate. I was able to call them when I was ready to make a decision. Jason was very polite and patient! The work took longer than anticipated but only because my husband couldn’t stop talking. I was pleasantly surprised by the actual water heater and the brand/quality/model. I expected the cost to be higher than the estimate but again I was pleasantly surprised and he included a fire discount on top of that. I scheduled four estimates based off of me researching ratings and reviews and I can honestly say this review is from an actual customer, I would highly recommend this company and even more Jason!"
