"I called Roto Rooter after I waited over 5hrs for Parker and Sons to show up and I literally didn’t get serviced. When the tech from Parker and Sons arrived he within minutes told me he needed a camera person to look into my drain and they couldn’t come out until Sunday. Needless to say I cancelled that Sunday appt and called Roto Rooter who was at my house within 2 hrs of my call! Someone stayed in contact with me the entire time letting me know when the tech would show up. When the technician Mark showed up he knew right what to do and within an hour had my drain fixed!! "From the initial estimate there were no gimmicks. An actual plumber, Jason not a salesperson, came to address our concern not give us a sale pitch. He was genuinely professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. The estimate was shockingly reasonable and only included what we we discussed. I wasn’t harassed by their sales team following the estimate. I was able to call them when I was ready to make a decision. Jason was very polite and patient! The work took longer than anticipated but only because my husband couldn’t stop talking. I was pleasantly surprised by the actual water heater and the brand/quality/model. I expected the cost to be higher than the estimate but again I was pleasantly surprised and he included a fire discount on top of that. I scheduled four estimates based off of me researching ratings and reviews and I can honestly say this review is from an actual customer, I would highly recommend this company and even more Jason!"
