"Worst business experience ever! After finding "Just Lawn Mowers" online I called Sergio to fix our church's riding mower. After picking it up he gave an estimate of $160, +$65 if the mower needed a battery. After getting $35 for his looking into the repair, he took the mower with him, citing he would let me know by Friday or Saturday of the progress he had made. Friday came- no call, so I waited. Saturday no call, so I called; no answer, and the phone went to voicemail. After no communication all weekend, I CALLED HIM on Monday. He said it was good I called because he needed to put the mower battery on the charger( nothing had been done Friday or Saturday. He told that he had been too busy on the weekend to work on it(but failed to let me know one way or the other)but that he would charge it and get back to me on Tuesday. He finally called me Tuesday and after looking at it RIGHT THEN, realized i may need a new air filter and possibly a carburetor cleaning and possibly a solenoid and promised to call me back in 20 minutes with updates. More than FOUR HOURS LATER, he sends me this text: "Hello, your mower has more things to it and won't be able to do it till next week because of on going events and have to order more parts. I can one drop it off so you can take it else where or wait. I'll give you a call tomorrow morning. Thanks!" After I CALLED HIM(again)Wednesday morning, he said it was working and then it shut off and what needed to be done he had to order parts for, and then stated that if he had the parts, he couldn't do it today because he had other things to do, but even if he did the work, i would have to wait another week- this after having me wait nearly a week for a lawn mower job that he never actually completed. At this point, I told him to return the lawn mower. Even with my inconvenience, he refused to return the $35(not non-refundable). I can't speak for his other customers but i have never so disregarded as customer. I would not call him and would not recommend him. Lawrence Johnson, Greater Love Ministries Glendale, AZ"
