"Absolutely ridiculous the Repair Man who came to service was extremely rude. Made rude comments about how our dishwasher smells and how we can’t be lazy and leave it dirty like that. Very judgmental and very unprofessional. This is our first home we’ve never had to repair an appliance or are aware of certain things as new home owners and the lack of professionalism is ridiculous. When I called to speak with a manager Rose who answered the phone hung up on me and it seemed impossible to speak with a supervisor or manager. Definitely never using this business again due to this horrible experience."
