"Terry Salais is not a professional business owner and the way he talks to clients is very disappointing. Our ac went Out and we called home warranty they sent this old man with a poor attitude and worse body language well Terry goes up and says it's a "blower moter" and "it's the expensive kind warranty Probably won't cover it" well he puts my unit back together and he sat in the truck ordering the part for 20 min then rolls down the window to say " I submitted it to the company but it's doubtful. We'll get back to you in a couple of days. So they ordered the part that warranty covered the repair. He comes back, he installs my new motor he throws my unit back together and takes off very upset, verbally and physically that he didn't make any money on this transaction. Meanwhile, I'm in my brain thinking. The warranty company paid him. So why would he ever talk to the customer? That way? It's as if I am paying him when I am paying my home warranty. Who in the hell does he think he is to get off and talk to me? That way and be upset at the client. So he scurries away and an hour or so. Later I call him back noticing that there's a piece of my air conditioning unit laying underneath the AC. On the roof. And he said no, that's probably not. Apart from the air conditioning. I wouldn't do that well. It took him 3 days and 3 phone calls to the warranty company for him to come back and for it. To actually be a panel cover from the interior of my AC unit. That's on my roof so Terry was wrong. All the way around didn't apologize that he didn't repair my air conditioner the correct way and still had a nasty attitude about him. I would not spend my money or call this clown ever again."
