"Tucson Computer and Phone Repair deserve a 5 star rating. They are comprehensive, and explain the issues with the devise so that a lay person can understand. The staff are friendly and all very helpful, although all of the phone repairs are done by Raul from screen repair to network operating systems. Unfortunatly he was not able to repair my Samsung A10 phone. Or rather, the cost to repair my phone would cancel out the cost to buy a new, or updated phone. Time for a new phone!"

"Took a phone in to get a battery replaced, got the phone back and the battery wasn't dying almost instantly and screen was going black. Told Raul, he immediately ordered a new battery. When he got the phone it seemed to be working fine (which was pretty annoying since I hate looking like a liar) but he replaced the battery anyway! Kept it over night to make sure it was working and got it back the next day. I will absolutely be referring him to everyone I can. And he's got a return customer, of course."

"Fantastic find! I went to Battery+ to get my screen replaced and was thankfully directed to Tucson Phone Repair. Not only did they answered when I called, they were able to order my screen and make an appointment so I didn't have to drive back and forth. Then they stayed open after hours to get my phone repaired and make it convenient for me since I was coming in from Sahuarita and my kids have practice down the street. Great customer service and quality of product. I really appreciate their desire to take care of their clients and will definitely be back and refer them to anyone in need."
