Reliant Well Drilling

"This morning, we contacted Reliant Well Drilling around 10am, after a storm won the battle with our well. At noon( the same day) the technician arrived on our ranch in Safford, AZ . We are so grateful to have our water up and running for our family and animals. Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff from, Cassandra the receptionist to the electrician James. We had all our questions answered. James carried all the parts we needed for the repair on the truck with no delays. We now have comfort, we can rely on Reliant Well Service, to get our water pumping any time of the day or night."

"It’s no wonder you have one star. This company completely destroyed the only road to ourself and 5 other properties by attempting to drive a water truck down it while it was under a foot of water. Then they used the drill truck to try to pull the other truck out and got both of them stuck. This was the only road in to our property. It took them 3 days to get their trucks out and the road was not repaired. They attempted to make a go around which was nothing but wet sloppy mud causing us and 3 others to get stuck in it! Perhaps a couple loads of rock I. The enormous hole you made to at least make it feasible to pass?!! We had no way home so we had to spend two nights in a hotel and when asked was refused reimbursement for the hotel by the extremely rude lady that Casandra switched me to. Absolutely zero customer skills!!! Very unprofessional company!!! EDIT: Once again you lie. Your company continues to play the victim. First of all, I NEVER made any type of treats to Casandra!! Good try to justify your rude and negligent behavior. The only thing I did was ask when the road would be repaired and she turned me over to your rude office lady who hung up on me after I asked if she was going to reimburse our hotel cost. Apparently an honest review stings a little."
