"I wish I could give them place - stars. Just go ahead and waste your time. I lived all over the United States and this is the absolute WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. I don’t know how they keep this store open. It’s a damn circus there, no one takes responsibility for their actions. Every single time we have something sent there, there is damn problem. Every. Single. Time. They blame the insurance. No mam, Tricare is all over the world. If you like for your kids to run out of their medicine, they are your people. They do not care about their jobs. It’s awful. It’s heartbreaking. Be better humans!!!!!!!!! Just make the drive further down the road."

"People at the pharmacy were very accommodating of me and so helpful. They didn't have to rush out my script to help me, but they did. And they were so very kind to me about it. This week has been a disaster and even that little bit of kindness made such a huge difference in my life. I did purchase from the store as well and the cashier was warm and friendly. Been in here many times and everyone is always great to me. Not sure what the horrendous reviews are about. I love this walgreens"

"The worst pharmacy experience ever! We haven’t lived here in AZ long and I am just shocked! I was in the Emergency Room until about 3:30am this morning. First, I can’t believe that the Walgreens pharmacy here don’t open until 9am. Went at 8am and had to go back home and come back at 9am. My prescription which was sent in from the Emergency Room was not ready and would not be ready until 11am! I was supposed to take it early because of the amount of pain I am in! Went back home and came back to the drive through. I pushed the button on the box and the lady told me off for doing so. I had no idea I wasn’t supposed to press the button for help. My bad. Then when she finally helped me, I learned that my prescription wasn’t ready still and would not be ready until about 3pm! Not only am I in so much pain, I am irritated and frustrated! I call the ER that I was in and told them. Luckily, there was something to help me that I could buy over the counter. I rushed inside to find it and was having a problem finding it. I asked a lady there (very short and bigger lady) which I didn’t get her name so I apologize for the description, and instead of taking me to the item, rudely told me where to look. I still couldn’t find it so went back to her again and told her. Instead of helping me, another lady had to go show me where to look. Is it so hard for employees to actually help customers these days? She was so wrapped up in her personal conversation with the other employee that I was obviously interrupting! So frustrating! How does Walgreens get away with making their customers wait so long for their prescriptions? This is horrible! I will be changing pharmacy’s Now I understand why so many people on Social Media complain about this place!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. There is consistently problems at this pharmacy. The techs are rude and condescending. Pharmacy manager is rude and should be replaced. The staff takes zero accountability for their actions, they are disrespectful and they lie. Was at the ER today and needed my two prescriptions and they messed them up and then covered it with problems with my insurance. I called my insurance and they stated they never received a claim for one of them. Actual story they submitted it to the wrong insurance, Pharm manager admitted she had just ran it at 8:55 PM. These meds were sent over around 11:30! I understand making a mistake but flat out lying and not admitting you messed up is a manager problem not a customer problem."

"Their pharmacy techs are extremely rude. They act like everyone is stupid but them. My family has been going to Walgreens in other towns since we moved here over a year ago. My husband had a double lung transplant six years ago. Worker compensation has covered all his medicine for the past 12 years (before and after transplant) we never once had it writing on the script but all sudden this pharmacy said we HAD to have it. She got loud and rude about it embarrassing herself. She stated they wouldn't run medication thought workers compensation unless it was written in the script. Which is a lie because other Walgreens filled it no problem and listen which insurance to run the script through. I am disgusted with how this public servant treated customers. Best part is they filled 8 prescription two weeks before this lady went nuts saying it wasnt possible and should not have been filled without information of insurance on the scripts"
