"What happened to this place? This store used to be clean, organized, and well stocked. Outside of turning into a complete zoo, this place looks like it's barely being held up. The second you step foot in the doors you will be greeted by the worst smelling meat/seafood department you will ever encounter. The produce section perpetually looks like it's been run through for 5 bucks. The bakery department is barely its own department and is severely neglected. I don't know what directives management have been given but talk about being useless and hands off. They just stand around talking to other supervision with their hands in their pockets. I work retail management. I've been told to delegate and work less before, so I get it. But if my seafood department smelled the way yours does or the front end was constantly blown out the way this stores is, I would've had my rear served up to me on a silver platter when the big guys come in for a visit. You guys should be "delegating" more."

"This morning I went to buy some hasbrowns. I did not see any and ask the young lady working in the aisle. She said they are right there? I said where? She said again almost irritated, they are right there. It's sad that I am in my 50s and the 20 something group finds this to be acceptable customer service. I remember doing this very job for 5 bucks and hour 30 years ago. Sad to see how the young generation views things."

"Went into Fry’s on Hunt Hwy, San Tan Valley today. Had to make a quick trip to the ladies room before shopping and AS USUAL the bathrooms were HORRIFIC! Nasty. I couldn’t even shop after seeing the filth in there!! I left! Gross. Considering calling the Public Health Dept…again! The grocery area was fairly clean and organized. Customer service is usually good."

"I enjoy coming here most employees are nice, but I came in this morning and went to check out, as I and another person walked up Mary greets him but walks away once she sees me walk up then she acts like she's doing something in the cart that people didn't want. Once she seen I saw her name tag she felt compelled to hurry and greet me.. just rude in my opinion don't take advantage of people who are younger thinking its okay. If you rather be biased get a job elsewhere. Either greet everyone or don't greet anyone at all. Learn some respect!!!"
