"11/15/2023 So Rude. My management company set me up with them. They did not give me a call to schedule an appointment in 24 hour of requested service so I called them. I scheduled an appointment for 2 days out and they no showed. When I called them after that asking for an appointment the next day he said to call tomorrow when I’m free. I asked if I could make the appointment right now since I knew my availability for the next day. He said no and when I asked why he said, “because this is a plumbing service not pizza delivery.” Proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t do the job and hung up. In what world can you not schedule a plumber ahead of time? You would get better customer service elsewhere, call someone else. 11/16/2023 *Edit: He contacted my management company to try to get me to take this down. He isn’t going to try to apologize to someone who he deeply disrespected. Didn’t apologize for the miscommunication, disrespect me, then try to get someone else to solve the problem. Take accountability for how you treated me, my freedom of speech, and accept the free market where I can leave a review."
