"Overall. I was very satisfied. The people were helpful cheerful and enjoyable to speak with. They were diligent and called me heck in. They were very helpful and made things easier with quick answers and patience because I had no idea what I was doing. They ask for a lot, but I feel it's worth it. It's safer that somewhere than trying to get a loan somewhere that they don't care. They want to help you because it also helps them. However I ended up not getting a loan at all, so this review is strictly the pre approval experience. But I was very satisfied with their service and staff and I would go back if I did need a loan."

(If I could) They have great Customer Service, and when you go in to apply for a loan they make you feel very comfortable and they answer all your questions.
