"I went to the credit union multiple times to change my paper statement to digital because I was being charged $2 a month for paper statements. This was on my credit card account. I was told each time to go online and change the option. Tried several times to change to paperless, but it would not let me. Don’t you think the teller at the branch could go in and do that for a member? Nope I guess recently they eliminated that fee, but I was being charge for that for years and they would do nothing to reimburse me for it. Wouldn’t go to this branch or be a member of Desert financial ever again. ( Branch manager/owner please don’t ask for any more information because I’ve already moved on. Thought it was important to let others know)"
