They were very helpful and made things easier with quick answers and patience because I had no idea what I was doing. They ask for a lot, but I feel it's worth it. It's safer that somewhere than trying to get a loan somewhere that they don't care. They want to help you because it also helps them. However I ended up not getting a loan at all, so this review is strictly the pre approval experience. But I was very satisfied with their service and staff and I would go back if I did need a loan."
