"My granddaughter was employed at this location. She thought that working here would be a long-term job. In the beginning everyone was very cordial and polite. She was very happy. However, she became ill and there was no compassion for her sickness in any way shape or form. She had missed a few days and was threatened that she would be fired. So she went to work while she was sick. Yep that was not. So she walks into work on a Friday and gets fired on Monday. She was devastated and told them that she had gotten a doctor's note from urgent care and yet they did not accept that. What kind of company is this! My granddaughter needed this job very badly as she has two small children to support. I recommended that she contact the Equal Opportunity Department Compliance and Enforcement Division and file a complaint. But being the gracious person that she is she said that she would just go on to look for another job. This company needs Cultural Sensitivity Training. If that school of thought was placed within this company I wouldn't be writing this review."

"Worst company ever. Would not recommend. Doesn’t even deserve a 1-star. They lied and cheated me right at the end of my financing term. Also very rude, they have a lady who works there who won’t listen to what you are trying to say and has a nasty attitude. I was a customer since 2019."

"I went Aug 18Th to payoff my account in full. They tried to scam me out of $804.00 by saying they added insurance to my account for a vehicle that, I provided proof of insurance for in previous years. I have my emails sent from June - Dec 2021 and June 2022 all showing my proof. I was told they didn't have those records on file and could't locate them. Then i was told to resend the declaration pages and my refund would be available to me within 1-2 business days. I should have recieved it by the 22nd. I called the office and was then told they needed a letter of experience, that the declaration pages weren't good enough. I dealt with the manager of the office that said he would personally handle the situation, I went to my insurance req the LOE, sent it to the manager who assured me I would get my refund by the 24th. On the 25th I still had not heard back, I called him, he was busy on a call. Instead of receiving a call back, he went on break. Since it was near closing time on a Friday, I drove to the office. Mind you, I have told them since the beginning my baby is due any day now and I'm dealing with high bp. Bieng out in the heat is not ideal for me or my unborn! I got to the office where I was told the check was sent overnight but there was a delay. So I requested they send me a new check directly to me via overnight. I could not go back to pick up the check because I may be facing a c section. I was advised, that was what they would do for me. I then expected my refund by the 29th. It did not show, I spoke with the manager again, he said he'd look into things and give me a call back. Call never came and unfortunately I had to be admitted into the hospital. It is now the 30th and again I had to be the one to reach out, it was told to me that they sent the check regular mail. That I was not willing to pay the overnight fee so they didn't request it. I was never told about a fee and had a witness with me who can vouch that was not what was stated or asked of me. It wasn't even until I did the math that they audited my account to see why it was so much considering I was paying it off in full. Then I had to jump through hoops for a refund they owed me but they were sure as hell quick to take my money. They dropped the ball from beginning to end and now it is the 30th and I still have not recieved my refund after jumping through all of thier unnecessary hoops, the dates have changed again! I would not do business with them again nor do I recommend anyone else to."

"Worst place ever!!! Please do not get a car here!!! I’ve had issues since I had the car but I was told it wasn’t cover in the warranty which was only year! Plus I had the car for 2 1/2 years with a 36month lease and never seen the payment go down. I walked out with car paid in full for 9,400 the car sold $10.000. Not sure where all the money went ? I would look twice into you lease or lean ? The will scam you with out you knowing it!"

"Sophia has worked with me when I have had financial hardships and fell behind on my loan. If it wasn't for her I would have lost my car along time ago. Your company is VERY LUCKY to have her. I wish all companies had a "Sophia". She is what customer service is all about. She always goes above and beyond to help her customers and I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me.
