"Excellent little mom and pop shop (literally, I believe). Friendly, fast, inexpensive battery replacement. Also tons of really cool watches and clocks. Probably going to buy my first ever grandfather clock there one day soon. Message too those readings Google reviews on this shop. I'm a new customer to them, so I admit I know little about them other than my one experience there and that they were very conveniently located for me in my way to work. I went back and read many of their negative reviews (1 star) and their responses and have to say, it gave me MORE respect for them, not less! I work in customer service, too, and their pithy, accurate, complete, and yes, sometimes bitter, responses show they really do care about negative customer experiences and trying to make it right. Some people are just impatient jerks and don't want to give others a chance to do so probably because they think they are a higher class of citizen than they are. What does that say about them? Wish we could review our customers!"

"Great place, I brought in my Casio G-shock watch because I wanted the straps replaced, I bought new straps online including pins, got the old straps off but couldn't install the new ones. I brought my watch into this place, described the situation to them, and they told me it would be a $10 fee, the craftsmen struggled with the straps for a while, (honestly I don't blame them) and it took them about 4 or 5 days to get the straps installed on top of various other projects they were working on, they called me to let me know my watch was ready for pick-up. I went to pick up my watch and they explained how it went, what they needed to do to fix it, and why it was a difficult task, at the end of all of this, the fee was still $10. The honesty and persistence of this place was/is incredible, and if I have any other issues with my watch, this is where you'll find me, excellent place. Most of all, I'm glad they didn't raise the price for such a difficult task, and I'm glad they didn't give up, a $10 watch repair is vastly preferable to sending the watch back to a manufacturer for full-price."
