"Well as a seller client, not too happy with the phone center, every time I call I get Sonny's voice mail. I was told that if one was busy the other part of "the team," as they call it would pickup. It's not happening, thinking that potential buyers are getting same run around. This is the 3rd time I've called in last 10 days, wondering if there is a contract violation there."
"Very unprofessional and unethical company! Careful what you sign when you are buying a property from them because the will put in very small print that the deposit is non-refundable.. We've purchased many homes and this is the first bad experience with a questionable agency representing a seller/ (Bank). Many things were unavailable including financials, leases, bills which were required by our subject but then they failed to present them by saying there are none. End the end I couldn't in might right mind complete the sale and then lost deposit because of "short sale addendum containing language". I guess this is definitely a situation where "BUYER BEWARE" when dealing with this firm."
"What an absolute fabulous experience. Andrew Diaz and team were incredible. Everyone around said that selling at this time of the year was impossible and that we would be better off waiting 'til Spring. O' Contrar! They hadn't met my agent obviously. It was great to actually find an agent with no agenda other than just helping his clients have the best experience possible. "Everyone at Wells was wonderful. I went to them with little hope of selling my home and having to resort to a short sale...or worse....a bankruptcy. "Dylan was a huge help to us in finding the right house. We found him through a website back in January 2012. He showed us a few houses and we told him up front that we weren’t prepared to buy and wouldn’t be for a few months, but we wanted to get a feel for the market. Dylan was extremely patient with us and kept in contact without ever once being pushy. Six months later we decided to start looking seriously and Dylan was immediately ready to show us the houses we were interested in (in almost every case the same day we contacted him). He was also the reason we were able to find a house in our somewhat unique situation. We moved back to Michigan for the summer to spend some time with family and continued looking for houses in Phoenix while we were out of the state. He offered to walk through any house we were interested in and to even be present for inspections if we couldn’t make it to Arizona. When we found the house we eventually ended up buying Dylan was more than willing to take several pictures of the inside and out as well as draft up a floor plan of the layout. He even took a friend of ours back through the house a few hours later to get a second look at it. We felt that he was always forth-coming with the faults and strengths of each house. When we had issues with various parties (seller, lender) he was incredibly patient and attentive, getting the necessary paperwork to the correct parties in a timely fashion and soothing nerves in every case. I would say that our scenario ended up being a fairly complicated one, and Dylan handled it extremely well. In summary Dylan was helpful, competent, friendly, honest, consistent, and knowledgeable throughout our months of interactions with him. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone."
