"My old PS4 gaming console had been crashing repeatedly for a very long time, and I finally got around to having it looked at. I found Electronic Solutions and they took the PS4 in, offering a free diagnostic. They determined that the hard drive needed replacing and quoted me $75, which seemed like a fair and reasonable price. Unfortunately, after getting the PS4 back with the new hard drive installed, I thought all would be well but it continued crashing over and over. I had to return to the store, where they checked it back in under warranty of their work. Eventually it was decided that the PS4 could not be repaired after all. The new hard drive had not fixed its problems. I was offered a partial refund and ended up paying $20 for a diagnostic. Martin and staff were professional. It was unfortunate that the console couldn't be fixed, but they tried their best. I would contact them again in the future with electronic/gaming repair needs."
