"Working with Ryan and Yvonne makes Trust Planning a pleasant experience. They have a great attention to details, which is critical in preparing legal documents."
"I am beyond thankful for the services provided to me and my family from Ryan Scharber and Yolanda. They helped me during the most stressful and emotionally difficult time in my life. I would recommend their services and kindness to anyone in need of a lawyer. Not only was everything explained in detail but they made sure I understood everything I was signing in full and took their time. Often in this business you can be made to feel like a dollar sign, I was treated with dignity and humanity with every phone call and every visit. I hope anyone who has legal issues feels the same way when they consider this law office. I’m grateful for having met them."
"Ryan Scharber represented East Valley Fiduciary Services in my probate matter. I want to address the "Super Lawer Rising Star" and Mr. Scharber's apparent ranking. First, no clients are allowed to provide input to Super Lawyers, only fellow attorneys. I am paraphrasing but Ryan filed a document in my case where he stated "...the probate community is small and collegial and we must be protected..". He is no super lawyer!! He has a group of friends that vote for him and I am sure he vote from them in return. The appellate Court just ruled that all of his fees charged in my estate, as well as those of his client -- East Valley Fiduciary Services, must be returned because they were erroneous and unjust. Ryan didn't advise his client that they were required to file a timely inventory, budget, amended budget, accurate accountings or more NOT to file false and misleading accountings -- see Arizona Supreme Court Fiduciary Board complaints under Mike Bogle and their ruling. I certainly hope that EVFS is suing Mr. Scharber for malpractice but again he is no "super lawyer" unless you consider ruining a vulnerable adults life and act of superior lawyering. Ryan Scharber lied in open Court claiming he never received an email but was corrected when the Court was told the time, date, Mr. Scharber read the mail and how long he read it. Ryan has no integrity. Ryan's greed is only only exceeded by his laziness. Ryan submitted a Rule 33 to the Court were he claimed to have worked over 20 hours in a single day, 23.3 hrs, 21 hrs and 23 hrs. On two other days he claimed to have worked for 13.4 hrs and 17.5 hrs. Assuming he really did work those hours, and we all know he didn't, this is gross 'block billing' and isn't allowed by the probate Court or the Arizona Bar. Ryan also increased his billing rate but never notified the Court, a direct violation of ARS 14-5109. When Ryan's block billing was highlighted to the Court, Ryan offered to provide additional detail. The Court declined his offer and denied his entire Rule 33 application. Ryan's moral compass only points to his own bank accounts and the bank accounts of the private fiduciaries he represents. Among the 'collegial probate community' where there is no regard for the welfare of vulnerable adults and their estates, a community where greed is considered a virtue Mr. Scharber may be consider a "Super Lawyer". BUT outside of that "collegial community" we value honesty, integrity, competence and most of all fairness and justice he is NO super lawyer. I would not trust him with a simple will. Note, every statement made can be supported by the docket or other evidence."
"Ron and Julie assisted me in completing a new will and made excellent suggestions on completing my wishes on getting my affairs in order. Always nice and a comfort to know my family is taken care of and the details are done."
"A trusted advocate is difficult to value. During a crisis period that trusted advocate's value can become immeasurable. That was our experience with Hoopes, Adams & Scharber. The steady confidence given us during our difficult circumstances was certainly comforting and reassuring. We are grateful and thankful for having an attentive and professional advocacy on behalf of our trust and our obligations under the trust."
