"Absolutely loved Eric, he was very courteous and professional. I feel, however, that our situation was taken advantage of by the owner. We had to call them in on a Sunday as my 4 year old had flushed something down the toilet and it got severely stuck. After being told a ball park of $250 I was like ok should be fine. But to no avail after trying for around an hour he could not get the object dislodged. I suggested I will go get another toilet which took it to another half hour of him being here but the job was completed. He called the boss to see how much would be charged after he got here around 11:15, and he left around 2:00pm. $650!!!!! Seriously?! Obviously we can't say no as the toilet was already removed but they didn't supply the toilet or anything. $650 for 3 hours on a Sunday. Unbelievable"
