"eCritters replaced new hoses on my drip in May 2022 and I paid MEGA-megabucks for 2.5 hours work. Couple days ago one of the connectors on the main hose got disconnected and water splurging everywhere. I placed two emergency calls and never heard from them. Yes, take advantage of the seniors...take your money and run! p.s. Re your reply: You could at least give me a courtesy/return my calls."

"They had these guys (Critter's) come over to fix the irrigation system on the house that I was buying. They did one thing right and installed a valve. Stole the hi-tech controller and install a 35$ Orbits controller that did not even work - Charged the previous owner an outrageous amount of money. When I call to see if this could be resolved. I was put to voice mail and no return calls. Green Valley beware of this thief -He prays on old people to rip them off."

"I contacted Critter's Irriation in May 2021, to evaluate the condition of my homes aging drip irrigation system. I knew that a new control box was needed, which was installed, along with thirty new emitters, and the repair of a leak in the system. Don Posey came to my home today, after one year, to inspect the system and make adjustments for the upcoming summer. I have learned over the past year that hiring someone knowledgeable about the local climate, plants, and the appropriate watering emitters and watering schedule produces excellent results. "Nice communicative guys and they did great work. But they were VERY expensive!! 2 of them were here for 50 minutes to install an anti-siphon device and replace a failed valve in my drip system. I'll round off that 50 minutes to an hour, so the two of them combined worked for two hours. Assuming a rather lavish charge of $100 per hour it would total $200 for labor. They billed me for $500 which means those parts would have cost $300! No way could they have been that much! My mistake was not asking for an estimate before having them start their work (but I see just a service call would have been $120 so I likely would have been charged that even if I has chosen for them not to do any work).
