"Spent $463 for lab tests and medication on Thurs. (3.5 hrs later) Seems medicine prescribed progressively made her worse and ended up with multiple seizures on Monday and never recovered from it had to put her to sleep. Thanks for nothing"

"After discovering my dog had pancreatitis, the vet was reluctant to speak with me. Techs wanted me to check out without talking to vet. Techs were rude, wrote down wrong symptoms, and gave me wrong medicine. They would not fax prescription to chewy until end of day, I was told that repeatedly during phone call. Meds from chewy took 5 days because to “end of day faxing”! Wrong medicine given to me on Saturday, tech refused to discuss error and insisted it was my error. She gave me wrong medicine. At appointment, wrong meds were discussed and nobody took responsibility. My fault again! They just want to sell expensive meds I can’t afford. Vet makes employees rude! Her responsibility for attitudes and mistakes. She knows everything and I am wrong! Worst vet visits ever!"

"I had a terrible experience here at 9:15 am on 1/9/24. I went to the banfield help desk in order to pick up prescription food for my pet. The woman at the front desk was on the phone (on hold) so I walked over to the food and looked for the right prescription. As this was my first time, I needed a little help so after about 7 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged I asked if she could help and she said not now. Reasonable if I wasn’t already waiting almost 10 minutes. I went to look for the manager named Cody who helped me find the food then we placed it on the counter and he waited with me while she continued to hold on the phone while we waited for her to take my information so I could give her the prescription. We waited another 5 minutes for her to acknowledge us and then was extremely rude and took my information painfully slowly. When I called later to try to make a formal complaint about the woman at the front desk, I asked a woman named Alicia for the name of the person working earlier that morning and Alicia told me I would get a phonecall back and that the woman the complaint regarded, did not feel comfortable with giving her name away in order for me to make a formal complaint. Would not recommend this location to anyone."

"Been going here for years and lately It's hit or miss. Some staff are rude, but a majority of the staff is amazing. A couple vets my dogs seen there recently where vaugue and wouldn't even talk to me about his results or they tried to insinuate I did something wrong for my dog getting sick. Which put me in mentaly dark place for months. But his most recent visit that vet talked to me, and assured me his health is in no way my fault and explained why. Just be aware, your dog will see a diff vet every visit & they are not all nice. And there are a couple front end girls that sigh, roll their eyes and make no effort being nice, the rest are great and obviously love their job."

"Very bad service. Take your loved once somewhere else. I saw a vet, paid $600.00 and they sent me home with no answer. My pet felt worse so I called to schedule an appointment to see the vet again(two days later), and they offerd to see my pet in 3 days. Couldn't even fit him in their F$%& busy schedule. So save your money and go somewhere else where its not that busy and who is concerne for your pets healthy being."
