"Obtaining disability is a long, difficult process. I knew I was sick and unable to work but getting the government to realize that was next to impossible. I got very lucky to find Jeff Herman and his staff. I am not a naturally patient person but you really have no choice but to be when awaiting a decision. Once Mr. Herman was on the case I can't say the process sped up but I can say I knew what was going on, the timeline, the process, and any question I had was answered. I was preparing for a hearing but Mr. Herman took one last shot at getting a judge to review my case. I figured it was a really long shot. He called me at 7:00 PM to give me the news of a fully favorable decision. I would highly recommend Jeff Herman and his staff if you are applying for a disability. It's a very long process but with Jeff and his staff you don't have to go it alone."
