"Victor was clearly outmatched by my ex-spouse's attorney and more distressing, Victor neglected to counsel me on the reality of legal fee awards in AZ family court cases. His refusal to do so was self-serving in that he got paid A LOT by me (in full and on-time with every invoice) for extensive litigation when the proper counsel, in my situation, would have been to settle.
