"Mr Matt McGregor is the Lawyer for the Lawyers. He is the "Decider" of all Complaints. No panel, no second opinion, no alternate source of intake. He wouldn't accept My complaint . Against My late Father's Attorney for failure to inform Mom.about Dad's Estate. Instead He said I should complain to the Attorneys Mother who is the Trustee. I suppose technically in Lawyer World he has a point. But to You and I regular Folks that begs the question. Why doesn't the attorney tell His Mom to do Her job And tell the Widow She's not as Poor as She thinks She is. ? Far to pragmatic and problem solving for Lawyer World. Lord help us. Does this go on in the Medical World? " Can't take that complaint. The Nurse is the one you need to complain about". Thank You Matt. It was lively and eye opening. It would have been comical if not for the gravity of Mom never knowing Dad kept His word and did actually take care of Her. Gone is Her Dream of joining Her Son in San Di San Diego. I have had My Inheritance hijacked by an Attorney and His Mother. Should have noticed the Red Flags from San Diego when I found that Dad's Attorney had become his Bowling Partner. I would wager good money if I had it. That the lawyer hasn't seen the inside of a Bowling Alley since Dads passing . . .. I have appealed to The Probate Court in search of Justice and Accountability long overdue."
"I recently contacted the Arizona State Bar to file a complaint against an attorney. I spoke with Nicole Kaseta, who seemed more interested in defending the attorney and finding ways to dismiss my complaint rather than taking my concerns seriously. This experience left me feeling undermined. I'm concerned that this approach might reflect poorly on the Arizona State Bar and could create a perception of bias or lack of diligence towards client complaints."
"I enjoyed speaking with them and learned some interesting facts. They are very careful not to cross lines legally, but are fair and kind. They were even concerned when I mentioned a longer wait time to speak with a supervisor. But my call dropped, so that wait was my decision: I had options to leave a message instead."
"Glad I waited to submit my charge. It's hard to prove many things; I understood it was important not to allege something that ends up becoming a he said/she said situation, since those usually are difficult to get anywhere with. If you suspect bad faith, be patient and try to get them breaking the rules IN WRITING or with witnesses... Maybe in a court filing, or catch them in a lie... Lol it's not that hard. Sad kind of how bad it is out here, dang"
