"First time I brought my fur baby, they were communicative & took good care of her, the second time going back we sadly had to put her to rest & it was emotional. They all showed such a caring attitude with great sympathy, everyone in there was very kind & comforting. I love how they sent out their condolences in a letter with sweet messages & a drawing of our fur baby, truly brought a teary smile to our faces."

"We had no communication from staff about the status or our animal while in care or the critical-ness of their condition upon intake. I understand it gets busy, but communication is key. They had us wait 4 hours to say his body will heal the bite wound on it’s own. Why not tell us that to begin with? (Answer = $) Just terrible emergency service. I advise that you avoid coming here in general, if you can. Edit: AM management gave me a call to discuss the issues with communication for mine and my dogs stay. Management heard my concerns and recognized where positive growth could be regarding communication about the status of my dog versus other dogs. Due to management reaching out to discuss this further, I’m changing my review from 1/5 to a 3/5. Thank you."

"I think it is all to easy to rate 5 or 1 stars based upon the outcome of the visit and although our outcome was very positive (and expensive), this review will be based upon the things this facility can absolutely control. First off, everyone from the front desk to the doctors are very nice and understanding of the difficult situation seeing your animal unwell. Most importantly, when you are allowed into the back to see your animal, you can see every staff member truly care and show affection to the animals. I noticed this even when they didn’t think anyone was watching, so to me their love for the animals is genuine. We were able to come see Mosley (our doggie patient) whenever we wanted and even in their busiest moments did they accommodate the visits, but also found time to meet with us and give us detailed updates on Mosley’s condition. When it came to the cost of treatments, they were professional, giving their advice and options. They were clear on what the risks were, what were the outcomes to expect with each treatment, and didn’t shy away letting us know their respect for the financial decisions were had to make. Last but not least was that this facility is very clean. They see the worst of the worst cases with animals and somehow it doesn’t show. Again, my review is what any veterinarian facility can absolutely control. I wish all outcomes were as good as ours, but it’s clear if you want your pet to be given a real, compassionate shot getting well, this place definitely is showing that in all they actually control. "Staff went above and beyond in the loss of our puppy Jet. Everyone was so respectful of us in our mourning. Doctor was understanding about financial decisions we had to make in the process of trying to save Jet. After he had passed, there was empathy felt from all the staff. They went above and beyond by sending a signed personal note with a drawn cartoon of a pup that looked just like Jet. It made my family have a heartfelt cry of appreciation. THANK YOU GUYS! ❤️"

"Absolutely the most heartless uncaring experience I have ever had at an emergency vet. We had to put our baby down, you couldn’t even manage to put us in a room we could be comfortable in and sit with her. You made us do in the back with every one standing around staring at us, you couldn’t even be bothered to get my daughter a chair so she could sit with her. I had to ask if I could get one..Baby bear was a member of our family not just a dog. I paid you close to 3000 dollars (not a typo) for 16 hrs of care. You failed her and us horribly. I called and asked to speak with a manager before I left this review, I was told it would take a week to get a call back, they are all to busy opening another facility.. clearly you do not have any concern about your clients. Never again.. See photo this is where we were forced to say goodbye to our sweet baby.."
