"This is not from a client's view, but as a former employee. I worked at this law firm and during my time, I was treated with love, compassion, friendship, and goodwill all the things that can be given in a positive way. Of course, there are challenges and difficulties that plague all workplaces, but this firm outshone and eclipsed the bad with the good. They are a great group of people who value goodwill and the high road over short-term profit. They are just a group of people who are both professional and inclusive!! I cannot say enough how much I love this firm as a small to midlevel firm that set the bar of quality and class very high!!! Give them a chance to wow you and I am sure they will!!"

"I am extremely pleased with my experience after retaining the services of Jones Raczkowski following a slip and fall injury. I met with attorney Sara Thomas initially a couple years ago to see if I had a possible case and she was very thorough and attentive. She listened to my whole story and did an evaluation of the details to see if we had a case. What set her apart is she really listened to all the details I had to share and asked questions that made me realize she truly cared about me as a person. She took a chance on my case and we decided to move forward. She prepared me that this could take years and that I could possibly not win, transparency that I really appreciated. I worked closely with her paralegal Sylvia as well, who both updated me throughout the process. Sara did a great job keeping me updated at crucial points and did a great job explaining all the legal steps and answered all the questions I had. They treated me like family. My case just settled and I am very pleased with the results. I HIGHLY recommend Sara, and Jones Raczkowski. Thank you, Sara and team!!"
"I was served papers at my home last night that were for someone with the same name, but different middle initial. The person named in the lawsuit is in the same field of business as me and the lawsuit is business related. I wasn't too concerned about getting served as it was clearly an error - mistaken identity - however, I did want to make sure they didn't continue to include me in any of their efforts to go after the correct person or affect my identity or my business in any other way. Obviously errors and accidents happen. I called to let them know what had happened and spoke with Laura, and to my surprise, I was told it was my fault. That I needed to find out why and how they got my address and info and correct the issue with the AZ Corporation Commission. She insisted it was an issue on my end, however I am not listed incorrectly there and as she looked it up while on the phone she realized that. The attorney and/or process server must not have payed attention to the middle names and simply chose me when trying to find the person they needed to serve. All of that is fine, a simple apology would have sufficed and to hear that they would make sure to correct everything on their end. That is all I needed. I did not get that. Instead Laura continued to tell me that if they didn't get the info from the AZ Corporation Commission then the process server got it wrong but that it's "not our fault", "your information is what we found and we have done the research" "the process server has ways to find people and skip tracing and it came back to you", stated bluntly and then left in silence. Not only no simple apology offered or kind understanding and promise to leave me alone, but she actually treated me as if they have every right to disrupt my life with no promises of fixing the issue and finding the correct person.I explained I just wanted to be sure I wouldn't get served again and certainly getting served at my place of business would be a concern. Mainly, I do not want to be linked to this case in any way as it could damage my own business. Laura would not offer anything and she was not kind in any way, though I was kindly asking for them to just make sure they remove me from this case (again, total mistaken identity). The conversation ended with Laura saying, "I am not going to argue this point with you. We will do what we can." and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I am stunned."
"Mark is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate the fact that he took his time when explaining the details of my case."
