"I hired Robert about 4 years ago for a work related injury. He has charged the maximum amount for minimal representation. After recovering from the injury with serious restrictions. the insurance company sent me to their Dr who said I was fine and should return to work doing the same job I was injured in. Instead of requesting a rebuttal exam I was instructed by Robert to return to work and was reinjured worse than before. At one point I received no compensation for 9 months, when asked, Robert would tell me he's working on it, I called the industrial commission and got it straightened out myself. When Robert took 25 percent of the backpay I called to ask why and was told by his office manager if I didn't like how they did things to go get a different lawyer. 2 surgeries and 3 years later I had recovered w serious restrictions again. Once again I was sent to the insurance company dr who said I was just fine and should return to work even though I couldn't pick up a cup of coffee with affected arm. I asked Bob to order a rebuttal exam because their Dr report was bogus. He would not. At this point I realized that the longer Robert prolonged my case the more Money he would make at the expense of my pain and suffering. At this point I told Robert I no longer need his services and would hire a different attorney. Robert got very angry and said he would file a petition, let my new lawyer do all the work and he would still get paid which is exactly what happened. After hiring a more knowledgeable and competent attorney I received a fair settlement and this nightmare was over. If I had stayed with Robert I have no doubt this cycle would have kept going while Robert did nothing. In my experience with Robert he has been dishonest and misleading, he interrupts you in mid sentence and will tell you what you want to hear whether it's true or not. The office manager acts like she's doing you a favor by even talking to you. Robert wisniewski took my bad situation and truly made it worse. Robert may have been a decent lawyer at one time but in my case he played every angle to his benefit. Robert told me he was going to hire an expert on my behalf which cost me 900 dollars, to my knowledge no expert or report was ever produced which is just one of the many reasons I lost all faith and trust in Robert. There are many lawyers that genuinely want to help you and charge much less."
