"I received an unsolicited letter from them stating I had been arrested and soliciting for their legal services. I have never been arrested. I called to ask why I received this letter and what their source of information for my supposed “arrest” was. With my name and address information, which was on their letter, they couldn’t give me the information. They wanted my birthday to supposedly look it up. I wasn’t about to give that to them. They sent the letter. Shouldn’t they be able to state the source of the information they used to send it? Or are they just blanketing the populace in general with their solicitation?"

"Howard Snader is a very conscientious and-working man. I have never had to use his services (thank goodness) but I do know people that have and he did a great job! Howard’s extensive knowledge of the law and exceptional defense abilities really get the job done. He always says his card is the one to have that you actually hope you never have to use. "I assisted my brother in his messy divorce and horrendous custody battle. Our attorney was switched too, but we were given the option to go with her. I am glad we stayed. She wasn’t the most accommodating person and was grossly over billing us. Hindsight I’m glad she is gone. This firm is so ethical, the office manager actually called us and informed us that they reviewed that attorneys invoices and that we will be reviewing a credit. That speaks volumes to me and shows how ethical they are. We were very happy that the paralegal Kelly stayed as the transition to our new attorney, Andrea was seamless. I am not sure where all of the complaints are coming from as it appears as though they are about money and the attorney change. You pay for quality service (our old attorney was very proud of her service I guess), but our bills have gone town tremendously since we have had Andrea. The change of attorney sucked, but like I said, we had to option to go. If you need an aggressive family law attorney, I highly recommend Kelly and Andrea. They are truly a dream team."

"Not revealing my name due to privacy & safety. But let me advise you to NEVER trust this law firm. They take your money without providing an itemized receipt as to WHAT they are spending it on. They have the audacity to ask for more money without reason, and ALSO falsely claim you will receive your original retainer back once the case is closed. They have you completely in the dark throughout the whole process and always fail to return your phone calls. I understand they’re probably busy scamming multiple people everyday, but I’m also a very busy hard working person. So when I call and am promised a call back, I expect a call back. My last phone call with this law firm was shocking. The lady I spoke with, Marie, was so beyond rude. Her tone of voice, attitude, and overall how she represented this company, is shameful. Snader should be embarrassed that they employ a woman like this. It’s ridiculous that I have to call THREE times or more a day to speak with someone. Not to mention, 2 people working on my case ended up leaving the law firm and they eventually made that aware to me. Kind of odd that people seem to be leaving by the handful? Looking at other reviews of similar experiences as mine helps me know I’m not crazy in what I experienced. Do yourself a favor and find a different law firm. One who is honest, upfront, doesn’t lie, and who will actually CALL YOU BACK. I have reported this business to the state already and am awaiting a response. This guy claims to have been in this business for over 30 years and to be honest with you, I have absolutely no idea how. Money can really get you anything you want I guess."

"I retained Howard almost 1 year ago to the date, I was stressed, anxious and nervous about my felony charge that had gone through the courts and was dropped to a misdemeanor and then as of yesterday was informed that my case had been dismissed!!! Howard and his team were professional, gave good advice over the past year and worked well with me communicating and a payment plan so I could be properly represented. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs a great defense attorney and is very knowledgeable. I also wanted to add that when the initial plea was offered he agreed with me to not take it as it did not seem fitting or fair at all so we took our chances and were moving forward with a not guilty plea. After his guidance and before even going to trial we got the best news possible that the charges were dismissed yesterday and couldn't be happier!! Overall a good experience and they're was always someone at there office to speak to any time. Thanks again for your help!"
