"Overall, a good firm. They are very knowledgable and do get the job done. This was the first accident I had ever been involved in. The attorney that I worked with was Andrew Thiery. He was able to answer any questions I had and walked me through the whole process. I am happy with the overall outcome but do have a couple things to point out. Communication could've been a little bit better. I had to periodically check in during the demand/negotiation process or would not hear anything for weeks. Sometimes things would come to a halt for several months, which would make feel a little uneasy, but, eventually they would get done. Also, the negotiations could've been done better. I personally had to press for a higher amount, and I still pretty much broke even, with pain and suffering included, even though I was found to be not guilty for the accident."
