"Had an appointment at 9/29 @ 3:06. Cancelation text was sent at 2:59. Yea 7 minutes before my appointment they cancelled. I came all the way from Glendale down to Laveen since my mom's dog had the 3:00. Both cancelled at the same time, so her appointment was cancelled 1 min before it was time. Extremely unprofessional, would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere where your time is not only respected but valued."
