"AWFUL! I wasted points for two rooms, but unfortunately had no other choice. Worst Choice Hotel I've stayed in!!! And, they didn't really seem to care. The stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a month. In the regular room, towels and wash cloths were dingy and yellowed. They also had makeup stains. The bath mat was so thin you could see through it. Pillow classes, were also dingy and yellow. The bathroom was gross with caulking and gross shower curtains. It also smelled heavily of smoke and chemicals. We opened the balcony door, but the screen was messed up and the curtains were disgusting and torn. The chair also had stains. The did give us smoke spray, but that just masked it. I didn't use the heating unit because it looked like there was dirt inside, etc. The suite had similar issues , but not quite as bad. I will never stay there again and do not recommend!"

"Let me start by saying that the sole and only positive thing about this experience was the desk staff. They were pleasant throughout. Other than that AVOID AVOID AVOID! I'll start with my one word summary "filthy". This hotel was not just dirty but in fact filthy. I arrived late (9pmish) and checked into my hotel room but had to immediately leave to handle some personal business. On my return I fell into bed and went to sleep. When I awoke the next morning I sat up to get out of bed and my barefoot crunched down on the dry, desiccated carapace of a large cockroach. It was clear that it had been dead and in that position for some time. I recoiled, as one might expect greeted with such and unpleasant experience first thing in the morning, to the far side of the bed. Looking down to get out I noticed that the carpet between the bed and the wall was strewn with dirt, dust and detritus. Among some of the unpleasant elements included a fist sized ball of brown human hair and what may have been old rice, and clumps of what may or may not have been literal dirt. Only then did I look around to see the stains and discoloration on the comforter, sheets, pillows as well as the splatters on the mirrors and the dirt on the windowsills and surfaces. I skipped my morning routine and packed up my things and went to the front desk. I asked to be relocated to another room owning to the lack of cleanliness in the one I was given. The front desk accommodated that request but the new room on the second floor was only a marginal improvement. Even the "fresh" room was still very dirty, dusty, and worn. The windowsills were dirty and the air conditioning unit was coated in a greasy layer of dirt. I began to call around town seeking alternative accommodation but there were no other rooms available at the last minute. Thus I was stuck. On my return to the room that evening the chill outside necessitated turning on the heat and to my horror it belched forth a variable cloud of dirt and dust and scattered it across the nearest bed. The breakfast the first day consisted of eggs that could have doubled as rubber Frisbees for frisbee golf and barely enough milk to dampen a small bowl of stale corn flakes. The second day breakfast was little better serving the same rubberized eggs, "sausage" pucks hard enough to be used in a hockey game, and I'm fairly certain that the "coffee" was noxious enough that to have violated several international arms treaties. Going for the cereal (seemingly the only safe choice) I was told that they were "out of milk". Considering that cereal was literally composed a full third of the breakfast offerings this seems an insane oversight! In summary this property makes a mockery of the name "Quality Inn". At more than $350 for the stay you cannot even call this "Value Quality Inn" and perhaps a better moniker is "No Quality Inn". Not only will I be NOT recommending this property but will be actively telling people to avoid this experience at all costs."

"Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for as far back as I can remember. Booked through Expedia. They didn’t have my reservation not did they honor my request for a ground floor room. There was mold & rust in the shower. Tissue paper in the peep hole of the door. Stains on the bedspread and to top it off, the some alarm was broken with no battery. The swimming pool wasn’t available, had disgusting rain water in it and was water was all dark and gross. And to top it off the street sign wasn’t lit up at night to find the hotel."

"The location is close to downtown. Rooms are clean and pretty quiet considering hotel is on hwy 60. Bed is comfortable. Pool lacks care and looks to be empty for some time. The breakfast is under par. I would highly recommend breakfast at Dennys. The surrounding area is desert picturesque."

"I am sure once upon a time this was a nice place to stay but those days are long gone. The sheets and towels are well worn and have turned some dingy shade of grey. The entire complex is rundown and unkept. If the price was lower it might be a place to sleep for a night but the price is not worth it for the quality. The screen on the sliding door was ripped out, the sliding glass door so old and dirty could not see through it. The curtain was black along the edge with dirt and grime. The TV in our room got one channel. I wouldn't stay again."
