"Do not use this firm unless you have a lot of money to waste. Kent Lee has retired, but still the same office crew in charge of billing. The only analogy I can give you is that is like there is a parrot in the office. You will pay to say it, and then pay for each person in the office to hear it, then have a dialog about it, and then respond to the attorney about it, and then for the attorney to relay it to you. Kent was a good guy, but his office staff were and still are very terrible!"
