"Currently this office threatening revocation when my trustee has not mentioned those words. They seem to use scare tactics to get their clients to pay extra fees that the BK courts may not require. After my case was closed this office tried to collect an addition $800 they said the trustee required me to pay. I spoke with my Oswald Attorney and he assured me that he would “take care of it” on a recorded line and they’re still hounding me a year later and threatening to revoke my bankruptcy. I’ve never felt more harassed and that’s coming from someone that had to file BK! Use anyone but these guys!"

"Reason I give a second star is because we are finally finished with our bk and they set us up with payment arrangements. Aside from that, I'd bet better representation could be found elsewhere. Constant contact changes it eventually ended up in questions going unanswered. Never really knew who was our actual "go to" person. Sending in documentation over and over again got old quick. We weren't local, which resulted in us sending in our paperwork after the initial consultation, everything else was done over the phone mainly because of covid. But we kept copies of everything we sent, with a checklist of what the trustee was asking for and we were told it wasn't in the envelope or they didn't get it. I can't speak for whether or not it was delivered, but I can definitely say required documents were enclosed. Fast forward a year and a half almost, our bk wasn't closed. Everything just was left in limbo. We finally called in and were greeted with more annoyance for not giving them our new contact information (we moved) than actually wanting to really see the urgency. We feel that for as much as we ultimately paid, there's no reason our bk should've remained in the discharged status as long as it did. After the call, I am happy to report that the bk was literally closed the next day or two. Which leads me to believe that something was hung up somewhere, and it just needed pushed through. Why did they let it go for so long? Why did our representation not catch this? I am ultimately writing this because we received an email from Oswalt telling us our bk was officially closed, which we knew, and their job for representing us was done. A month later after calling in. The only communication sent from them in probably over a year. Telling us they've done their job. Which I find comical. Is our bk closed? Yes. Did they represent us in the best way possible? Negative. We are glad it is over, but take this review into consideration and shop around. Bk is already stressful, don't make it harder."
