"I would give this company zero stars if I could. They lent me a loan, first of all for an extremely overpriced car as we have seen in the car industry they’ve jacked up the prices of vehicles and prayed on people desperate for used cars. This company works with Chapman Honda and Chapman Car dealerships and they open loans for people. I borrowed money for my used car that had over 150,000 miles on it. They lent me about 12 K I have been paying this loan for over a year and barely made a dent due to the insane interest rates. On top of that if you’re even a day late, they turn the alarm on your car On so that it’s constantly going off when you try to drive it. I am literally only three days late right now because my pay period date falls on Friday the first. they have sent me multiple calls automatically that have threatened me. 10+ calls a day and on top of that I just got an email stating that they’ve already put my account in collections and that they are threatening to repo my car for being late for three days. Their practices are disgusting. They have absolutely no empathy whatsoever. You’re only allowed to have one financial assistance per year, and it isn’t really much of an assistance program. They basically charge you the full amount. You’re given no grace whatsoever with this company. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone who needs a loan, and I absolutely will never use this company again. I’m getting out of this loan the absolute second I cannot find another bank to take over it. Their practices should be illegal. Do not use this company. Update: they turned my car off after 3 days of being late and stranded my husband in downtown at 12am after he got off work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE."

"I had an issue with making my car payment due to unforseen circumstances. I call to make arrangements and talk to one of their reps. I'm beyond thankful for the way my issue was resolved. They we're able to work with me to prevent from escalating to another level of collections. Thank you to the lady who help me I appreciate your understanding and compassion."
