"I had a my identity stolen and had spent 4 hours dealing with the terrible BofA phone system and 14 people who said they would help and did nothing. I called this branch and spoke to Ruben who invited me in, got me to the right department and someone who said they could handle. This had nothing to do with this branch but Ruben helped to solve the issue and was very professional and helpful. You’re in good hands with Ruben if you do business at this location."

"I only go to this bank due to this being our bank for work. I personally would not bank with Bank of America. There is never enough staff and I always have to wait longer than 10 minutes in line. Website says open 10am-4pm but they are closed everytime I go to make a deposit. I have gone at 12, 1 and 2pm. Closed everytime. Love the teller, she is always friendly and knows what she is doing but she is always by herself in there?? I don't have the option to do ATM deposits for my office, I have to go inside the branch :("
