"The staff are very friendly and helpful, but this is the only bank I know of in Mesa that doesn't have an ATM accessible outside of business hours. I had to go to the Wells Fargo on the other side of the Starbucks to withdraw money and got charged $3 because of it. Why is there no accessible ATM?"

"Not a good location. And if they are, then all the other locations I have been to makes going here a bad experience. I get paid by check and I live paycheck to paycheck. When I go in, it’s obvious. I’ve been to at least 3 other locations multiple times and have had no issue with the tellers clearing my check past the auto hold the system puts. Teller at this branch tells me it’s a 1 time courtesy. I’ve never had any other teller at any other location tell me this. What, did I run out of courtesy bypasses? I understand she’s doing her job and if this is company rules, but it’s a frustrating experience when the expectations that have been set by other locations are not met at a new one & you’re led to believe that this is standard and not a “one time” courtesy. It would be different if this was my first time clearing my paycheck & the expectation was set properly. She could have looked at my history and see that this is a standard check I have been getting for a long time now. I will not be coming back here."
